How orders are fulfilled

Orders are fulfilled with the help of our partner suppliers. Depending on the product and destination, the dispatch location, available delivery methods and delivery estimate may vary. The shipping options, costs and current estimates for your order are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and customer support

Please contact us before sending an item back. Return instructions and destination depend on the product and will be provided for your order. For change-of-mind returns, the direct return shipping cost is normally paid by the customer where permitted by law, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under the applicable consumer protections and the same policy.

For help with an order, contact us through our Contact Us page. Our seller details are available in the Legal Notice.
